Service Deposit and Cancellation Policy

To ensure that we are able to provide the best possible service and accommodate all clients, we require a mandatory deposit for all appointments. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Deposit Requirement

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service. The deposit is non-refundable, except in the case of cancellations made within the specified time frame (see Cancellation Policy below).

  • Deposit Amount: The deposit is 60% of the total service cost or a fixed amount of $50 (whichever is greater).
  • Payment Methods: We accept deposits via Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay/Cash, PayPal, Debit Card.

2. Appointment Confirmation

Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit has been successfully processed. Once we receive your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email or text with your booking details.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please follow these guidelines:

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 47 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, the full deposit will be retained, and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling with Notice: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without losing your deposit. Any changes made after that time frame will be subject to a new deposit.
  • Rescheduling within the Cancellation Window: If rescheduling occurs within the 24 hour window of the appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

5. Refunds

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the service cannot be provided due to factors beyond your control (e.g., the service provider’s unavailability, etc.).
  • In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

6. Late Arrival

If you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the full service, and the full deposit will still be retained. Please contact us if you anticipate being late.

7. By Booking, You Agree to the Terms

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our Service Deposit and Cancellation Policy and acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.
